This is not original in any way. It is just a slight modification of this thing https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2415 to enable it to work with a Tower Pro 180° SG90 9G micro servo. I just had to modify the base plate that the servo slots through and make a mounting plate for it to offset it as the horn sticks out much more than with the server used in the original design. Many thanks to jjshortcut - the original author. I laser-cut this so I put the pieces close together in the design to save acrylic and I didn't modify any of the SDL files as I didn't want to 3D print it. You can see lots of photos of how I put it together as I had to space it out a bit using washers. I used M3 counter-sunk bolts, 15mm and 25mm, although it would have been better if I had any 20mm bolts instead of 25mm. I had to use a counter-sink tool so that the bolts holding the servo mounting plate were nearly flush or the arm would hit the bolts (highlighted in one of the images). Also, I had to attack the mounting horn of the servo with some wire-cutters to get it to fit without jamming the gears as it didn't come with a small round horn.
