Video (In Russian) https://youtu.be/_Cs9mMCiHJc The engine has to be a four-stroke obviously. Unfortunately, those small engines are not able to drive the turbine wheel via the exhaust gases. This is why, I made a belt driven compressor. I used 2 different pulley rations to drive it from the motor shaft. The pulleys are 22mm & 56mm connected to 3mm (turbine shaft) via a belt. The back plate of the housing, needs a 3x8x3 bearing. Ratio #1 7.3:1 Engine idle: 1500rpm Turbine rpm: 11.000 Engine Redline: 6000rpm Turbine rpm: 44.000 Ratio #2 18.7:1 Engine idle: 1500rpm Turbine rpm: 28.000 Engine Redline: 6000rpm Turbine rpm: 112.000 I have no idea what pressure it is making but I know one thing for sure. It boosts for real. I tested it on a Toyan FS-S100 3.5cc petrol engine with a generator as a load. Without the supercharger, the engine maxes out at 5200rpm. Now, WITH the supercharger installed, I could get close to 7100rpm, which is about 36% increase!
