Mini Talon canopy compact pan&tilt for runcam hybrid

This is a V2 of my pan/tilt system for Mini Talon. The design is for a runcam hybrid fpv camera. The camera pcb is to be mounted behind the camera and covered with a clip on fearing. A 9g servo should be used for the tilt mechanism - glue it ot the camera base. For the pan mechanism use a 360 servo, I use a parallax 360deg feedback servo for crisp control. (a winch servo or a GWS 360 servo will fit too). Wires from the runcam hybrid should be run inside a designated channel. To protect the cable put it in a para-cord 6mm sleeve.
