Mostly printed in PLA. Motorholders/bottom plate in PETG, because of possible heat from motors. Weedwhackerguard and snowplow in semi flex, I used Realflex.

Wheel glidebearings in IGUS, I wanted to try that, probably overkill. Seal printed in flex, I used Colorfabb Varioshore, since I wanted to give it a try.

I am not so great with programming. so I used rc electronics to controll the vehicle. Left motors parallel connected to one ESC, right motors to the other ESC. Used mixing on my FlySky Noble to allow skidsteer controll. Probably better to do it differently. H bridge/arduino or ESP maybe?

I used XT60 connectors in the body so the battery can be plugged in without removing the lid. XT60 is mounted with hotglue, this also helps to seal it.

Optionally 5mm led can be installed, macke sure the poart is print in a transparent PETG if you do.

Motor cover can be printed with a grid by using the modifiers in Prusaslicer

For the weedwhacker I tried filament to kill the weeds in my garden. Nylon, PLA and Semi flex all broke rather quickly. Feel free to improve on this or anything else.

Edit 2012-12-20:

Added .step file for easier editing in CAD-software
