This is a remix for DIY Mini Variable Lab Bench Power Supply by KRALYN3D https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:3831773 I use exactly the same base, but the cover is modified to - Connect to main power using standard PC cable (IEC320 C13/C14 3 Pin) - ON/OFF switch for main power - more room for fan (original has a conflict at this detail) List of parts you need for this - 180W 36V 5A-6.5A Unit Switching Power Supply Board AC-DC Circuit Module - DP50V5A Digital LCD Programme Step-down Regulated Power Supply Module - DC-DC Buck Step-down 5V-36V to 3.3V-24V 5A Converter Voltage Regulator - 12V DC 80x10mm Brushless 2 Pin Cooling Fan - IEC320 C14 3 Pin Screw Mount Male Power Socket 250V 10A - 4mm Banana Plug Socket Female - Male Connector - 2 Pin KCD1-101 250V 6A Switch - 2 Way/Pin 5.0mm PCB Mount Screw Terminal Block Connector - XT60 Nylon ESC connectors - SPDT On/Off/On Mini Black 3 Pin Rocker Switch AC 6A/250V 10A/125V HU - DC Power In-Line Plug Socket Jack Connector - Silicone Braided High Temp Wire Glass Fiber Insulation Cable - Non Slip Self Adhesive Rubber Bumper Feet Updates boxTop is and early version. boxTop-V2 is an updated version, main changes are: - more thick sides, - better hosting for DP50V5A, - side window for one more SPDT On/Off/On Mini Black 3 Pin Rocker Switch In new version I use 2 DC-DC Buck Step-down 5V-36V to 3.3V-24V 5A Converter, as shown in one of latest photos, one for USB 5V output, and the other for 3.3V using the black jack in front. The second one fits easy behind and left of DP50V5A. The front on/off/on switch is used to connect a diode (or not) at main output for battery charging purpose. The side on/off/on switch is used to provide power to DP50V5A from 180W 36V 5A-6.5A Unit Switching Power Supply, or from an outside source (like cigarette lighter from my car).
