Miniature V6 Engine With Screws

Miniature V6 Engine With Screws

thingiverse

**Hello Everyone!** This is my first Thingiverse upload! I made a miniature version of a V6 Engine which can be built only by using a 3D-printed mount and 9 screws. Obviously this engine won't do anything other than looking nice for a display. I am sharing this project as stl, f3d and gcode file if you want to replicate it yourself. gcode file is for my settings of Ender3V2. Have fun and good luck! If you don't have the same screws I used, you can easily edit the diameter of the holes for your specific liking. Note that this is only possible in the f3d file and additionally in the stl file if you edit the mesh. **How I made it:** 1x paperclip 6x M6x16mm 1x M6x12mm 1x M4x12mm 1x M8x35mm 12g, 4.05m PLA using Ender 3V2 (my print time: 2h) **Steps:** 1: 3D-Print The Model 2: (optional) Remove Raft. Removing the raft, if necessary, should be relatively easy. 3: Attach All The Screws. The 6 6x16mm screws should be attached at the top on both sides. The 6x12mm screw should sit at the top at the front. The 4x12mm screw should sit at the right at the front. The 8x35mm screw should sit at the bottom at the back. 4: (optional) Connect The Paperclip. Cut and bend the paperclip to the two screws at the side so that it just looks like a miniature timing belt. (This step can also be done before the attachment of the two screws it will be bent to.) **My setup:** Ender 3V2 with 0.4mm nozzle and Sunlu 1.75mm white PLA. Construction and design: Fusion 360 Slicer: Ultimaker Cura
