I have converted my printer to a Bowden extrusion setup using this set of parts. I opted for the original extruder, a modified version of Wade's extruder, to push the filament through, requiring no firmware modifications. To begin, gather about 50cm of ptfe tube and two pneumatic fittings - mine had 3/8 inch threads - but be sure to update your .scad files if yours differ.
