Two holes for inserting + and - wires. 1* m4 screw 1* m4 nut 2* AWG18 wires 1* e27 light bulb It is better to stick two parts together. It is optional to stick the wires to the right place. It works fine with 8 watts and 3 watts LED light bulb. 8 watts one is quite hot after a while. 3 watts one is still cool after several hours.
