Minimal lightweight hotend replacement for the metal box style standard hotend on Creality Ender 5 plus. Drop in replacement no additional hardware required. Print and fit. I designed this to replace the heavy and inefficient metal box fan chassis supplied as standard on the Ender 5 plus. After upgrading to a Micro-Swiss all metal hotend changing filament became a PITA, often jamming due to heat creep. To counter this I wanted a minimal duct to carry the two fans and direct the airflow efficiently to the hotend and heat-break, and the nozzle. Note if you have the original Creality hotend, the parts will fit but will need adapting (the heater block is attached to the heatsink by two bolts plus the heat-break tube. I can make slight mods by request. Not happy with the part cooling duct so still tweaking this part. Updated the cooling duct to add support ribs to prevent the duct from sagging when printing ABS etc, much more robust now. Also updated the hot end duct to accept M2 threaded inserts as the m2 threads aren't good for thread forming purposes.
