Remixed from the customizable gear bearing (thing 35451) I printed 100% infill in carbon fiber PLA for the hardness, rigidity, density, and aesthetic. If you use infill you'll have less spinning mass and it won't spin as long. Set build plate adhesion to none or raft unless you want to spend an hour cleaning brim from the gear teeth. If using Cura set Z Seam alignment to random otherwise your gears will always have a spot where they bind. It will only increase print time slightly. I would advise against enlarging the model because you will mess with the tolerances, but on that note if you cant spin your bearing you might have luck doing that and increasing the gap. Print one bearing, and two grips, they should pressure fit in on either side. Comment and let me know if there's and modifications or improvements I should make. Printer: Sunlu S8 Firmware: TH3D Unified Marlin Mods: Magnetic textured build plate, BLTouch auto leveling, Red Squirrel fan shroud (thing 4293814), custom carbon fiber PLA bed standoffs and extruder spring tensioner
