Minimalist Hard Wallet With Flexible Band

This is an open source reimplementation of andrewSORG's Minimalist Wallet in OpenSCAD with accompanying band. The wallet implementation was created by measuring the printed object with digital calipers and shares no code with the original. The band should be printed in flexible filament, of course. I tested the band with Ninjaflex Fire Red TPU. The band is compatible with the original Minimalist Wallet. It is a tight fit at first, but it stretches and slides into position. The wallet should be printed in a tough material, able to take day-to-day impact and abuse, such as ABS, HIPS, or Nylon.
