Minimalist Tabletop 25mm Tokens, Condition rings, and Organizers

thingiverse

A little DM kit of minimalist enemy tokens, condition rings and an organization containers. Not necessarily for D&D only. They can work for Pathfinder, Starfinder or any other 1" standard (25mm) tabletop game. Enemy Tokens ==================== Remixed the 28mm tokens (which are 25mm or 1") to not have an extra layer on top, that way they can be stacked cleanly. Token holder ==================== I created a remix of the mage knight token holder scaled down to fit the 25mm enemy tokens. Made it a single stack, sized it correctly for exactly 10 tokens, and created a new lock that wouldn't open any way other than a single direction. Minimalist Condition Rings ==================== The condition rings are slim enough to not take much board space around the token, but also strong enough to not break and have a tab which protrudes out from them. The tab is so you can clearly see the different colors from top-down when stacked. If printed in PETG or something smooth enough, you can also iron them to a smooth enough surface to write on and erase as needed, though we just keep a small paper handy to write what each color represents to keep them clean. Condition Ring Organizer ==================== The condition ring tube is remixed to remove the lock pin and use a nut/bolt action to fit rings more tightly. I've also increased the height by 3mm so it fits 20 condition rings instead of 18 like the picture shows. Make sure your printer is tuned well enough to print threads. I recommend using adaptive layer height for speed/quality at 0.3 (more towards quality) that way the threads are clean. Otherwise, I recommend a simple 0.14mm layer height for clean threads. The Nut should also be printed the same way as above, since it's threads match the organizer. I used this method instead of the lock pin because I felt like the lock pin might break, or get stuck in the print. The screw top has worked perfectly for me thus far. Token Enlargement disks (Visit the link for those STLs, since I didn't modify them at all) ==================== The disks fit perfectly (very tightly) with: https://www.printables.com/en/model/207731-dd-creature-bases-enlarged - I recommend the following size adjustments for the enlarge disks if you want a little bit of wiggle room: Medium -> Large - 100% X and Y, but Z = 110% Large -> Huge - 100.5% X and Y, and Z = 125% Huge - Gargantuan - 101% X and Y, and Z = 125% General ==================== All items are fine with reasonable infill. 30% is what I would go with for faster prints, and 50-100% for when I wanted things stronger. I went with Cubic infill. I typically used 3 wall loops and 4 top/bottom shell layers. I used “All top surfaces” for my ironing settings to help make things look nice, but takes a LOT of time on the enlargement disks. About 50% of the time was spent ironing. This also requires a little bit of post processing to remove some of the burrs from the edges created from ironing. An exacto blade and patience did the trick.
