21700 version of my minimalistic fpv battery case design (https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2828955) Currently designed for wider, 35mm head straps, but I think it would work with regular 25mm straps just fine. To get the cap onto wires make a small cut as shown on 2nd photo, then glue the whole cap into the case.
