Update - This is Version 2. I noticed the clip seemed a little week and the top hook wasn't long enough. Minimed Paradigm 722 Insulin Pump Belt Clip - I have snapped many a belt clip from my insulin pump. A new clip is $12 a pop, so I decided to just make one. Instructions I did the layout and extruded a 3D model in Photoshop CC. Then I printed it on a Makerbot Replicator 2.
