I want to build a little quadcopter for indoor and outdoor use. I was interesting by these models: MXQ_105_Micro_FPV_Quad for the flight controler support http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1594735 and this one for the frame and the anti-vibration dampers FireFlo v3http://www.thingiverse.com/thing:1152714 So, I decide to draw my design combining what I like in these two designs. It fly quite good. Now I have to work my driving. I use Micro scisky flight controler and 8.5 brushed motors and 750 mAh battery. The frame is about 10-11g with dampers. The miniquad total weight is 64.5g with battery. I probably will change for 500 mAh to increase flying time and decrease weight. I hope to obtain about 60g. I also will change JST plug on the scisky for walkera plug. The diagonal dimension is 110mm. The transmitter is a Devo 7E flash with deviation 5.0 compatible with DSM2 scisky inboard protocol. I choose a combo for FPV: FX797T for cam and F408 for receiver. I put model1.ini for devo 7E transmitter and the original dump profile for cleanflight. MiniQuad-3.7.1up.stl is a reinforce version. I also change propeller and increase flying time (about 5mn). Print Settings Printer: Prusa I3 Folgertech Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.2 Infill: 100 Notes: Print slowly for good details Post-Printing Don't forget to break internal supports in MiniQuad-3.7down.stl with a little screwdriver.
