MiniRC Pinion for 1/20 Buggy

This is a one piece desing of the drive pinion for the great 1/20 Buggy design by SteveEng. It doesn´t require an additonal 48dp 17tooth pinion as adapter for the motor shaft like the orginal desing. Instead it fits directly to the motor shaft (3,2mm) and is secured by two M3x6 grub screws which will cut their tread into the pinion. Please dremel two flat spots on the motor shaft where the grub screws meet the shaft and tighten the grub screws carfully in order not to strip the threads. If you push it all the way down to the motor bearing, you should get the right position for optimal gear mesh. You can also skip the c-clip on top of the pinion.
