Ministick Cage - Alps RKJXV1224 - Suncom SFS Throttle

thingiverse

This is a ministick cage I whipped up to hold an Alps RKJXV1224 ministick (3-pin pots) into the throttle grip of a Suncom SFS throttle without any modifications to the grip housing. It works with the stock faux-ministick faceplace and screws. The cage will technically hold the ministick to any other panel as well, but you'll need to drill your own holes to match. You will need to press the switch housing down pretty firmly to seat the switch into the cage. The fit is tight, both on the outside perimeter and between the two central posts on the bottom of the switch and the corresponding holes in the bottom of the cage. Please feel free to distribute and modify this design as you wish as long as the original work is credited and you aren't using it for commercial ventures. I've included the Solidworks part file to help with that.
