Minn Kota i-Pilot remote holder (+ stronger version)

This is a holder for the Minn Kota i-Pilot remote. The remote also fits in updside down (see pictures). You may ask why would I want to use the i-pilot upside down? Well, that way if you press left the boat goes left when sitting in reverse direction. It is recommended to use the reinforced version (ipilot_holder_w_stronger_clips.stl). Mounting: 4 screws or 2 cable ties Update 2018-02-26: I added a version with stronger clips. Print Settings Printer Brand: Wanhao Printer: Wanhao Duplicator i3 V2 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: 0.25 Infill: z < 9mm @ 40%, z>=9mm @ 100% Notes: I used the "Swap at Z 1.1" plugin for cura to change the infill setting at z=9mm to 100%. Thereby I get robust clips without wasting filament on the bigger, lower part. Edit: I changed the z-value from 11mm to 9mm after one of the clips broke off after the remote holder fell down from low height with the remote attached to it. I printed this in PLA but I think PETG or ABS would be a better choice.
