Hey, After gaining experience with my pack I changed the look and made some structural improvements. There are three chassis designs available. Like the previous version it consists of three printed parts. A part for frame's bottle cage mount, a battery chassis and a chassis lid. See attached picture for the arrangement of the cells. XT90 connectors are used for charge and discharge. XT30 connectors are used for connecting a thermistor. It can be used to monitor the temperature while charging and should be placed central and between the cells. The lid and the chassis can be glued or welded together with a soldering iron at low temperature. Before printing make sure your battery's dimensions are suitable.
