MK2 Ford Fiesta Window Winder Replacement

<p>These are replacement MK2 Ford Fiesta Window Winders with the rotating knob printed in place. It should easily rotate with a bit of persuasion after printing.</p> <p>Two versions are available</p> <ul> <li>With supports</li> <li><p>Without supports The version without supports is a flatter design that is probably not as strong, once fitted, as the version that requires supports. See the pictures to see what I mean.</p> <p>The winder fits perfectly on my 1986 Fiesta Popular Plus as in the pictures.</p> <p>For the non support version I used these settings:</p> </li> <li><p>PLA @ 210c</p> </li> <li>0.2mm Layer Height</li> <li>No supports / brim</li> <li><p>25% infill For the support version I used these settings:</p> </li> <li><p>PLA @ 210c</p> </li> <li>0.2mm Layer Height</li> <li>small brim and supports</li> <li>25% infill<h3>Print Settings</h3> </li> </ul> <p><strong>Printer:</strong></p> <p>BQ Hephestos</p> <p class="detail-setting rafts"><strong>Rafts: </strong> <div><p>Yes</p></div>**Supports:** Yes <p class="detail-setting resolution"><strong>Resolution: </strong> <div><p>0.2</p></div>**Infill:** 25% How I Designed This =================== I took a photo of the original winder spline, added it as a raster layer with Siemens NX8.5 and then traced with the spline tool.
