MK2 I3 Prusa Extruder with Bltouch mount

This is thhe standard MK2 I3 Prusa extruder with a bltouch clone mount. Only thing I did was to cut the standard mount supports and add a robust bltouch mount. I have tried other designs already made for Mk2 but the mounts were a bit flimsy and with a little pressure could be broken. In addition they needed supports. This one is veryy simple and pretty thick mount so it should be robust enough. Notice I have not tested it yet with the live printer since the printer is under construction :-)
