Mk23 knurled 16mm to 14mm adapter

This is a revised version of Mk2Custom's 16mm to 14mm ccw adapter for airsoft MK23. I replaced the hex pattern with a knurled sleeve instead, and adjusted the transition between the two threaded parts. The knurling is quite fine, so printing at 0.1mm is recommended (but worth it). The print took a little less than an hour on my Ender3, and can be mounted right off the build plate. EDIT: Version 1.1 is out, i replaced the original STL file by the new, stronger part. Just like previous one, 0.1mm layer height is recommended, but it will thread even at 0.2 if you need to print a little quicker. Additionnaly, i used 4 walls, 50% infill and enabled ironing in Cura, so top surface are flat and smouth. The new outer ring is 20mm instead of 18, without the knurling (add ~ 1.4mm) Thread transition has been reworked slightly. Also, the internal diameter in the 14mm section has been reduced to 8.58, so inner barrel should fit inside without too much wiggle. (it was also the case on the original design, i accidentally changed that).
