Rev2 - Updated belt channel depth and added slots for excess belt length. ____________________________________________________________________ This is a modified version of drodfro's BMG x-carriage with the prusa i3 mk3 full-bear upgraded x-axis belt path cut into it. This hasn't been tested yet. Try at your own risk. What I did (this is was just a quick and dirty solution since i spent money on the bear upgrade and the BMG upgrade without realizing they weren't yet compatible... lol): First I filled the belt path in on the drodfro design. Then I made a DXF file from the v0.6 bear extruder (the latest one) of just the belt path cuts, then imported that sketch onto the drodfro design and lined it up based on some measurements I took from the axes of the bear design. Then I extruded the bear belt path into the drodfro design with some minor modifications for the screw hole in the middle. Then I added the chamfers. Finally I increased the lower belt gap by 1mm as I believe it would be very close to rubbing otherwise.
