This replacement frame for a Gaui 330xs boasts superior strength and durability compared to the original model. Designed with better crash resistance and improved wire management, this high-performance machine has undergone recent tests demonstrating its toughness - even surviving a ten-foot fall after a snapped prop without any frame damage. Three kit versions are in development, along with some minor upgrades. To assemble the replacement frame, print all parts at 40% infill, including one main section, four arms, and four motor mounts. You'll also need 8 m3x10 machine screws, 4 m3x22 machine screws, and various tapes for securing components. Begin by attaching a motor and motor mount to each arm, feeding wires through designated holes. Next, place speed controllers in their respective pockets and connect banana plugs. Mount the arms into the main section, ensuring wire placement is correct before gently tightening the m3x22 machine screws. Attach Velcro to the bottom for securing electronics and use servo tape on top for quick and easy assembly without any soldering or modifications. A battery keeper release is in progress, so stay tuned for updates!
