Bought a Freaks3D Printer , flexible filament (TPU) printing was a problem. The TPU filament transport had a jam very often (filament went around with the bearing) resulting in a failed print. Made a new guide for it which supports the filament better and also changed the drive gear to this one :http://www.ebay.de/itm/301774091093?_trksid=p2057872.m2749.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT Technische Daten : Ouside diameter:--------------12mm lenght:--------------------------------13mm Inside diameter (Shaft):----- 5mm Pitch:----------------------------------0,5mm Effective diameter:-----------10,5 mm Material:--------------------------------Stainless So far its working fine without jams . BTW- Retraction of the filament need to be set to 0mm (using Cura). The M6 for the filament exit side need to be threadded (design has only the hole for it)!! I uploaded also the Freecad & OpenSCAD design file, feel free to modify. Print Settings Rafts: Yes Supports: Yes Resolution: 0,2mm Infill: 100% Notes: Speed :60mm/s Post-Printing
