MK8 Extruder Mount with built in print cooling ring for Sintron Prusa i3

I had a few issues with the original bracket supplied with the kit. While it worked, it relied on the plastic flexing to get the extruder in and out and I managed to break it. I managed to fix it and it work for a while, but it melted trying to print on a (very) hot day. Some very dodgy fixes made it possible to print an improved version with inbuilt print cooling ring. This version has a number of improvements over the original: * Built in print cooling ring and fan * Make in two parts so that the plastic does not have to flex much to install and remove the extruder (and possibly break). - I made a small whoops with the design that means it does have to flex a little, however i found this holds the extruder in place while doing the screws up. * Hopefully solid enough not to melt. * Can be mounted with screws from the back of the X carriage so the extruder does not have to be taken out of the bracket in order to remove the assembly from the machine. * The adapter for the fan is a separate piece, so you can design one to suit your fan without having to reprint the whole thing. There is also a file attached with just the bracket and no cooling ring if you would prefer it that way. The screws are all M3 and the holes for them will probably need to be drilled out to get them to fit. The area around the screws holding the fan adapter to the main piece may need a bit of fiddling to get the screws to go in. Print this with ABS so that the extruder stepper motor and heater does not soften the plastic as it warms up when installed. Also print with at least the bed enclosed / with cardboard walls around to stop the print warping or layers separating - I had a few issues with the fan adapter where I did not bother to do this, although it has held together and hasn't fallen off.
