A modded version of the MK8 extruder upgrade ready for the Makerbot Replicator 2. It replaces the notorious delrin plunger with a ball bearing. Extruder reliability is increased and it actually fits perfectly in the Rep2. Instructions What you get: Mounting & Lever part ready to fit the Rep2 filament stepper. My Printing settings: I printed with 2 Shells at 100% Infill at 0.2mm layers. What you'll need: a 623 bearing (3mmx10mmx4mm) a 10mm M3 grub screw a 20mm M3 flat head screw (shortened mine to 18mm) a 10mm m3 flat head screw (shortened mine to 8mm) 3 wire springs from 2 foldback clips (I used 20mm ALCO foldback clips) a sharp knife, some rasps, manual skills and a bit of patience.
