MKS Gen L v2.1 - Ender 3 all in one, universal rear electronics case

Remix of TeachingTech's Ender 3 Pro rear enclosure. For the right side, I adjusted the USB port cutout and removed the SD card slot to suit the MKS Gen L v2.1. An additional cutout was added for routing the bed, x-axis and hot end cable bundles out the back instead of the top cover. I found this made managing the wires easier and and also keeps the out of the bed's way. Use the original or other remix of the left side and both covers. The left side has the Raspberry pi port openings and relay standoffs removed. I use a smaller Pi 3 A+ and had originally planned to connect it to the MKS using serial. Unfortunately, I learned this either conflicts or otherwise causes issues with steppers over UART.
