MM2 (MendelMax 2) Z Isolator & Brass/Bronze Leadscrew Mount

NOTE: I have not printed this or tested it yet. It might be a little bit before I get a chance to, but I wanted to get my feet wet with posting on Thingiverse and get the file out there if anyone is looking for something like this. I will update the post when I have them printed and installed. MTW (Makers Tool Works) has started selling new bronze/brass leadscrew nut that is much smoother than their old plastic/delrin version, but their provided mounting solution wastes a lot of space Z height and makes you use screws for no real good reason. I was going to design mine from scratch, but I decided to give the built in tools in Windows 10 a try. I know the MM2 is long in the tooth, but mine sat dorment for 5 years so I can't really justify a whole new machine.
