This is an adaptor to convert Bayerdynamic T51i headphones from a fixed cable to a detachable MMCX connector. A full gallery of this simple mod is here: https://imgur.com/gallery/k3BvoAK Any surface mount MMCX connector like this one should work: https://uk.rs-online.com/web/p/coaxial-connectors/1585364/ I custom made the PCB, its an easily available footprint, you could even draw it by hand onto some copper clad board with some sharpie then etch it from there. You may be able to use some perf breadboard too!
