I designed this spool holder base to cover the following criteria:

Non-slip.

Reduce sliding of the spool holder on top of the Lack enclosure which has been creating scratch marks on the top.

Articulating PC4-M10 joint to allow the PTFE tubing to align with the filament on the spool.

Allow for the downward position of the PTFE tubing.

Use only the base by removing the PTFE connection if not required.

The base and the PC4-M10 require supports. This is very easy to do if you use the paint-on supports, Smart fill, Smart fill angle set to 0°.

The base is printed with PLA at 0.20mm layer quality, 15% Grid Infill, For support enforcers only selected.

The PC4-M10 support (filament guide) is printed with PLA at 0.20mm layer quality, 15% Grid Infill, For support enforcers only selected. If the clip is added together as shown, it is printed with Infill modifier set to 30% Grid.

All prints are done with a 0.4mm nozzle.

The articulating joint is print-in-place. If you want it to articulate, you will need to firmly rotate the joint to break it free.

The filament guide slides onto the clip and snaps into place. The filament guide/clip slides into the base and held in place by a screw or left off if the base is all that is required.

In addition to the printed parts, you will need one (1) M3x6 flat head screw and four (4) 3/8" round adhesive rubber pads.
