like many, i struggled for awhile getting my mmu sensor to trigger reliably. i am now having great success with my custom mmu2s extruder idler door, which has an oversized flag/beam-breaker that i slowly sand away with some sandpaper until it is the perfect size to trigger even flexible filaments like ninjaflex
