MN D99s Stering Servo on Axle

MN D99s Stering Servo on Axle

Hi One of MN D90 series congenital problems - steering. On a stock model Servo is mounted on the body, because of that there are multiple problems with wheel rotation: 1. left and right have different turn angle 2. reverse moving is never straight 3. wheels are moving when you push on the body This design solves the problem. Beside that tried not to touch the position of the main board and on-off switch. The axle mount printed with 90% infill. The rod - 90 infill + 45% rotation Main plate - 20%, 3 outer layers You don't need additional screws, everything mounts with existing screws (even servo, but you might need some separator, as the hole on the servo itself quite big) MN D99s has bigger servo, than D90. If you need D90 - download the one from Msantoyo (Remixed from) 11.9.22, v2: updated servo mount, reduced servo holes sizes to reuse existing screws. Added supports on the front plate for the vertical body-shell fastenings.
