This is based on Medlir's remix, https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:2737643, that's a single solid piece. I printed one for my wife with glow-in-the-dark Hatchbox filament and it turned out awesome in .1 mm resolution. However, she wanted to use it with a necklace so I dropped Medlir's remix into Tinkercad, created a largish torus with a little radius (r) of 2 mm and then subtracted a small arc from the top of the heart, using the bottom of the torus, so a necklace chain could slide through. The necklace holes end up being 4 mm in diameter.
