Mobile Dry Erase Board Wheel

Mobile Dry Erase Board Wheel

There was a mobile dry erase board (very much like this one https://www.uline.com/Product/Detail/H-3955) at my office where the wheel had fallen off their axle just a short while after we got it. This Thing can replace those wheels. The dry erase board has two casters with locks and two without. I have only tested the print on the one without a lock, but I tried to keep the locking mechanism in mind when designing the part so it may work for those as well. I tested prints with various diameters on the shaft and while the current print has a slight amount of play it seems to work well. The shaft has a slightly thinner section that pops into place when the wheel is pushed onto the axel that prevents it from falling off. I printed the wheels with PETG and they seem sufficiently strong. PLA may work as well. Print Settings Printer: Wanhao Duplicator i3 Rafts: No Supports: No Resolution: .2mm Infill: 50%
