_"Following the release of their lightweight SN-5 frame (with later models dubbed the SN-5L), the esoteric pureveyor of extraordinary combat frames that was the Shinonome Frame Corporation enjoyed decent financial success. Its R&D team went on hiatus not long after, for reasons unknown until now. It seems their leave of absence was not in vain, though. Months after the SN-5's debut, the company prepares to reveal its next fearmongering showstopper, the gargantuan SN-6H. Appropriately named, the Taifū towers above the company's previous instruments of destruction. One would think that this endeavour could spell the end of the company, but near the end of the development hiatus, Shinonome acquired the support of numerous investors from various factions._ _The SN-6H Taifū possesses a large stature, a pair of daggers, separate flight systems for both atmospheric and space environments, and a rocket launcher contained within the chest area in a manner resembling the failed SN-3. Unlike the SN-3, the cockpit has been relocated to the abdominal section to prevent casualties from rocket misfires. The "H" in the frame's designation doesn't just refer to its status as a heavy attack platform; it's also a nod to its predecessor, the SN-1H, which featured a similar armament and heft. While the atmospheric flight system consists of four fuel-hungry jets, the spaceflight system uses four pods that split open to reveal arrays of ion thrusters, supplied with a steady stream of power from supercapacitors distributed throughout the body. As such, airbrakes can be found on the forearms, incorporated as a means of reducing fuel consumption while braking; the fuel reserves are rumoured to last no more than 36 hours of use at full power."_ Just wanted to create a larger mecha using my limited collection of pieces. The arms on the prototype (that thing in the photos) simply suck because I ran out of good pieces to use there, so I basically just slapped 'em together. Thank goodness for LDD!
