I created all of these spur gears in SolidWorks for a project I am working on. For each one I created I made a 3D printed configuration for easy 3D printing rather than machining. There are 41 gears total with the following teeth. 14,15,16,17,18,19,20,21,22,23,24,25,26,27,28,30, 32,35,36,38,40,42,45,48,50,52,54,55,56,60,64,65, 70,72,75,80,85,90,96,100,120 All of the MOD 0.5 gears in this collection are: 4mm Thick 2mm Pilot hole 0.2mm Chamfer to top am bottom to minimize squish. All files checked in Simplify3D for errors and none were found. YOU WILL NEED A WELL CALIBRATED MACHINE FOR THESE AS THE TEETH ARE VERY SMALL. THE 14 TOOTH IN MY PIC IS ONLY 7.5mm in DIAMETER !! Instructions I printed the 14 tooth and 120 tooth for testing at the following settings on my Wanhao D5S mini. Slicer used Simplify3D then trans-coded through ideaMaker. Material 3mm PLA Voltivo ExcelFil Coal Black. The 14 tooth 0.4mm extrusion width. 2 outer shells 0.2mm layer height 100% infill 5 solid layers top and bottom. The 120 tooth 0.4mm extrusion width. 2 outer shells 0.2mm layer height 15% infill 5 solid layers top and bottom. Both ways worked well the 120 tooth suffered with a small amount of squish both they mesh very well. If I print more I would use a raft to stop the squish.
