MOD 1.0 SPUR GEAR COLLECTION

I created all of these spur gears in SolidWorks for a project I am working on. For each one I created I made a 3D printed configuration for easy 3D printing rather than machining. There are 43 gears total with the following teeth. 12,13,14,15,16,17,18,19,20,21,22,23,24,25,26,27, 28,30,32,35,36,38,40,42,45,48,50,52,54,55,56,60, 64,65,70,72,75,80,85,90,100,120 All of the MOD 1.0 gears in this collection are: 5mm Thick 5mm Pilot hole 0.6mm Chamfer to top and bottom so no cleanup due to squish. All files checked in Simplify3D for errors and none were found. See my other files for other MOD sizes Instructions I printed the 12 tooth and tested it for fitment against my gasser heli main gear at the following settings on my Wanhao D5S mini. Slicer used Simplify3D then trans-coded through ideaMaker. Material 3mm PLA Voltivo ExcelFil Coal Black. 0.4mm extrusion width. 2 outer shells 0.2mm layer height 100% infill 5 solid layers top and bottom. Fitment was perfect with no cleanup needed. I do not condone the use of these gear on gasser heli's :-)
