I'm working on a project for my university studies, centered around the concept of reusing old materials. I've developed a series of connecting pieces that aim to combine disparate scrap items into unique furniture and homewares. The goal is to insert old scrap material into the inner connector, whose diameter can be modified to accommodate various scraps. This allows me to easily slot the connectors into custom housing units. These housings are designed to be interchangeable, enabling me to create a diverse array of objects with the same set of connecting pieces. Furthermore, I'm experimenting with different scales for these connectors to expand the range of possibilities and create novel items.
