Model Rocket with built in camera mount

thingiverse

Adapted from the model rocket camera mount found elsewhere on Thingiverse and faired into a body tube suitable for D motors, or with an engine mount for B and C motors. Note the built in shock cord mount. This is a work and progress and if someone wants to print it to and fly it (I will be doing the same), I'd be curious to hear from you. ** Update: My print for this indicates that you should join the lower half with the camera mount with superglue but remove the excess overhang INSIDE the main tube post print. My apologies, I am still learning TinkerCAD and have already bumped up against its functional limitations. Next up, Angel Interceptor! ** Update 2: Added a file to separate out the couplers. I found that depending on printer, they don't 'stick' well if printed directly and would be better this way. This also allows you to replace them with a baffle so you don't need to use wadding. Instructions Should be obvious how you build this. You can add your own launch lug and decide how whether you need a C or D motor. If using a C motor you will need a standard engine mount.
