This is a 3D model of a modern bathroom on the beach, the scene is ready for rendering, all light, material and textures are correctly set and included. What you see is what you get, the model is a nice corner of a bathroom , all you can see in the scene is included in the archive. Illumination is from Vray Sun, you can change the shadows by varying the position of the sun. The landscape out of the windows is added in post production with photo editing software, the picture is included. Most of the polygons are of the lamp, the scene without it count 403.125 polygons and 409.496 vertices.
