Detailed 3D model of a modern prefab house. Interior walls, stairs and doors are also modeled along with basic furniture on the visible areas. The furniture, interior lights and the doors are all in separate groups so they can be easily removed if needed. Built to real-world scale. V-ray and standard materials version included. The model is made from separate, properly named and organized parts. Drag and drop ready - no background objects and cameras in the scene. The standard scanline version and the exported formats does not include light sources. 3DS and OBJ versions available. Four type of OBJ files exported for Cinema4D, Maya, XSI and Lightwave. Please have in mind, that depending on the software you use, the exported formats may not look exactly how you see them in the preview images. In some cases the mesh may appear triangulated and you may need to manually reassign materials/textures .
