This modern couch set fits into contemporary interior architecture scenes that feature design furniture. This unique looking sofa has a leather frame with a fabric seating surface. The model is made of 67960 triangles and comes in separate pieces, for ease of use. The seamlessly repeating textures (1024×1024) for leather and fabric (color, normal, specular) are included. The UVs are cleanly unfolded into 2 UV Sets: One for the texture and one for the Unreal Engine 4 Lightmass lightmap should you need it. The file includes a Maya .mb (2015), an .obj and an .fbx.
