My towel was always in a semi-humid state hanging over the shower's glass pane. I decided to make two 3D printed brackets to hold a rod and make it easier to access the towel while keeping it dry. As it turns out, the height is ideal and the brackets fit really snug. Great success! Print Settings Printer Brand: LulzBot Printer: TAZ 5 Rafts: Doesn't Matter Supports: Doesn't Matter Resolution: 200 How I Designed This Measured all dimensions First, to make sure the fixture would fit snugly, I measured the glass pane thickness and made the slots exactly for that size. Because the tolerance is +/- 0.5mm this was a perfect interference fit. Second, I looked at an example of another towel holder and measured the distance from the center of that rod to the wall. Finally, I found a rod from Crate & Barrel's clearance section for $5. It was the perfect length for my glass shower pane.
