Known prosthesise-NABLE's Raptor Reloaded Hand. It is designed for people who do not have fingers on a hand, but wrist is. This prosthesis is cheap ($ 50), not protected by copyright or patents, it can be printed at the simplest 3D printer (like RepRap). See details http://enablingthefuture.org. The problem is: veterans with upper extremity amputations have not wrist for driving prosthesis. We need to change the design to use the cable drive.
