I printed this spool holder, but found that while the base sat nicely on the top rail, every time the extruder pulled filament, the whole thing fell over because there was no way to really secure it to the printer. I used TinkerCAD to extend the legs of the base down a bit, then added two 5mm holes to accommodate a couple of #10 - 32 machine screws and nuts (used SAE hardware because that's what I happened to have on hand at the time). When snugged down, these should prevent the spool holder from tipping over.
