Modified Creality Luke's Hot End Fix

I found that the spacer washer in Luke's original hot end fix was somewhat difficult to centre within the hot end so that both boden tube sections and the spacer were perfectly aligned so filament would pass through easily without catching on the edges. I added a small centering feature to the bottom side of the washer to center it on the the short piece of boden tube that fits inside the hot end.
