Modified Desk Shelf with cable routing

I modified the stand to accommodate my compact laser engraver, allowing it to fit snugly beneath it. I opted for a standard shelf size from BiMart, being the thrifty person that I am. The shelf dimensions are 5/8" thick by 7-53/64" deep (equivalent to 8" nominal) and 23-1/2" long (24" nominal). This custom stand provides approximately 6-1/2" (165mm) of clearance beneath it, while also featuring two cable track grooves for added functionality.
