Modified microswitch swingarm for MindRealm servo bracket

The standard swing arm for MindRealm's auto-level servo bracket didn't mate up well with the TowerPro SG90 servo I got so this minor mod will bolt directly to the servo without having to use any control arms. I also modified the swingarm to take a push-in microswitch, rather than a bolt-on. I changed the orientation slightly so that the microswitch swings up and away from the hotend to reduce warping.
