Modified Pythagorean Tree IFS

My name is Katharine Downey, I’m a student at George Mason University taking Math 401: Mathematics Through 3D Printing. This object is my print from a project in the class where I coded the iterated function system, the Pythagorean Tree, but with a few modifications. It has a 90°-60°-30° degree triangle, the right-hand square is scaled down by sin(α), and the left-hand square is scaled down by cos(α), where α is 60°. In the original version of the Pythagorean Tree, the triangle is equilateral thus the iterated system is symmetrical whereas the modified version is not. My print displays the system after ten iterations.
